Project №26-48BI & Dashboards

Manufacturing Operations & Data Assessment

A global industrial manufacturer relied on fragmented systems and manual processes for production forecasting, work-order creation, maintenance reporting, and scheduling. The team interviewed key stakeholders, mapped existing workflows, and identified duplicate data entry and reporting inefficiencies. The engagement delivered a process effectiveness assessment, data framework, KPI recommendations, and a roadmap for future operational dashboards.

Manufacturing Operations & Data Assessment
Brief

Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve data visibility, and strengthen decision-making across production, maintenance, and scheduling.

Approach

Interviewed stakeholders across four operational areas and mapped how information moved between internal systems, spreadsheets, and manually prepared reports. The team documented process gaps, duplicate entry, data dependencies, and opportunities for automation and dashboard development.

Outcome

Delivered a consolidated operational assessment with process findings, data-source mapping, KPI recommendations, and dashboard concepts presented to company leadership. The work established a foundation for future dashboards and more standardized reporting.
