Prototype a privacy-conscious access passport letting people with disabilities verify information once without exposing underlying documents.

Approach

Framing the multi-sided experience for passport holders, verifiers, and receivers; building a competitive/analog scan and privacy- and trust-centered personas, empathy maps, and journeys; producing a 25+ screen web and iPhone prototype with no real sensitive data, security architecture, or integrations.

Outcome

A high-fidelity concept demonstrating passport creation, external verification, controlled disclosure, and reuse across employment and service contexts.
