Design a differentiated digital investor experience for an SEC-registered private credit manager with $9B+ in securitized assets and no current digital surface.

Approach

Used the Miami Method to frame the investor decision journey across three HNWI personas, then prototyped the InvestorBridge platform around the moments where the GP team currently loses time and trust.

Outcome

Investor personas, journey maps, hi-fi platform prototypes, and an implementation-ready proposal delivered to GP leadership.
