Build the digital infrastructure for a specialty food brand pivoting into experience-led fresh concessions at schools and events.

Approach

Designed a two-sided platform — partner-side event coordination and consumer-side loyalty — and stress-tested it against the live logistics the brand was already running with spreadsheets.

Outcome

Mobile and web prototypes, an event-coordination flow, and a consumer engagement loop handed off to the brand's operations and marketing leads.
