Stand up a standardized BI suite for new event clients — using Australian Open 2026 telemetry as the reference build.

Approach

Pulled computer vision, LiDAR, ticketing, and crowd movement feeds from BigQuery into a clean Tableau model and built an executive layer on top that a non-analyst can read in a glance.

Outcome

Tableau dashboards plus KPI scorecards presented to the partner's VP and Chief AI Officer, now used as the template for incoming event clients.
